1. Stock Market:
Vietnam Market:
The market continued to rise but experienced strong volatility, supported around 1,615 points. Rising liquidity indicates a clear supply–demand dispute, with capital inflows still providing support. Despite heavy resistance, candlestick signals show buying power remains. With a previously positive trend, the market may continue testing the 1,665-point zone and maintain its upward momentum in the near future.
US Market:
Nasdaq dropped 0.7%, heavily pressured by AI-related stocks as Nvidia, Palantir, and other major names weakened simultaneously. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones inched up less than 0.1%, holding steady as it was less affected by tech sector tensions. The tech sell-off partly reflects caution amid high valuations and concerns of an AI bubble. Meanwhile, capital is shifting toward more stable sectors such as energy, healthcare, and consumer staples, creating a clear divergence between tech and safe-haven sectors. This extended session suggests a “wheel rotation” of capital allocation, awaiting clearer signals from the upcoming Fed Chair’s speech at Jackson Hole.

EUR/USD shows a bearish trend; short positions can be considered today. Daily resistance: 1.16700
