Vietnam market: The market maintained its uptrend but showed signs of indecision with a Doji Star candlestick pattern. Liquidity increased, indicating growing profit-taking activities, though selling pressure remains mild. Capital inflows show signs of absorption but remain hesitant. Overall, the uptrend is still well-supported, and the possibility of the market continuing its advance in the near future remains present.
US market: S&P 500 ETF (SPY) fell slightly by 0.06%, Nasdaq (QQQ) dropped over 0.8%, while the Dow Jones (DIA) rose about 0.95%. This was the first time the S&P closed in the red after four consecutive sessions of gains. The S&P 500 ended the session down 0.1% at 6,198.01, Nasdaq fell 0.8% to 20,202.89, and the Dow surged by 400 points to 44,494.94.
