After the Fed announced its interest rate decision, Bitcoin, Gold, and U.S. stocks surged

MARKET OVERVIEW

1. Stock Market:

  • Vietnam Market:
    The market is in a correction phase and is being supported around the 1,320 level. Liquidity has increased due to profit-taking pressure, particularly from foreign investors, causing market fluctuations. However, buying forces are still trying to balance the market, as shown by the upper wicks at the support zone. Currently, the market is stabilizing within the 1,320 – 1,340 range, with further consolidation expected. The market is anticipated to receive continued support around 1,320 and may recover to maintain its current trading range.

  • U.S. Market:
    U.S. stocks surged after the Fed kept interest rates unchanged and projected two possible rate cuts this year. Dow Jones +0.92%, S&P 500 +1.08%, Nasdaq +1.41%. The uptrend has begun.

2. Forex Market:

  • AUD/USD: The short-term downtrend remains intact. Today, selling opportunities may arise. Resistance level: 0.63500.
  • USD/JPY: The short-term trend is bearish, but the price is near a strong support zone. A potential reversal may occur, but no trades should be entered today.

3. Gold:

By the end of March 19, spot gold rose 0.2% to $3,039.09/oz, after hitting an all-time high of $3,045.24/oz earlier in the session. Gold futures remained largely unchanged at $3,041.20/oz.

4. Oil:

XTI/USD continues its uptrend. Today, buying opportunities may arise. Support level: 67.10.

5. Bitcoin:

At the close of March 19, BTC showed strong growth, jumping from $80,000 to $87,000, reflecting heightened interest in this asset.
