Vietnam Market: The market continued to rise, slightly surpassing the MA(20) at 1,663 points with declining liquidity, showing that selling pressure is not yet significant but buying demand remains cautious. This slight break above MA(20) provides the market an opportunity to rebalance after the correction, with expectations of consolidation around this level in upcoming sessions. To sustain the uptrend, stronger inflows are needed to absorb supply and maintain stability above MA(20).
U.S. Market: Wall Street recorded its third consecutive losing session, with the S&P 500 down ~0.5%, Nasdaq retreating ~0.5%, and the Dow Jones losing ~0.4%, marking the longest losing streak in over a month. The pressure mainly came from stronger-than-expected U.S. economic data—such as lower-than-expected jobless claims—fueling investor concerns that the Fed may delay cutting interest rates.
GBP/USD: Downtrend. Wait for technical rebounds to consider selling. Daily resistance: 1.34600
USD/JPY: Uptrend. Wait for technical pullbacks to consider buying. Daily support: 149.000
Gold slipped ~0.2% as stronger U.S. data boosted the dollar, making gold more expensive for foreign buyers. Spot price is currently around $3,741.21/oz. December gold futures remain steady around $3,771.30. However, gold is still up about 1.6% for the week, supported by expectations that the Fed will continue to cut rates.
XTI/USD: Uptrend. Buying positions may be considered today. Daily support: 64.50
Bitcoin is currently trading at $109,574 USD, down about –3.02% from the previous session. Daily trading range: High $113,119 – Low $108,783.
