MARKET OVERVIEW

1. Stock Market:

Vietnam Market:
The market continued to rise and broke through the 1,210 – 1,230 point range. However, the upward momentum is slowing down. Liquidity slightly decreased but remained at a relatively high level, indicating that capital inflow still supports the market despite some signs of cooling off.
The bullish momentum remains intact, and the market may continue its upward trajectory in the upcoming sessions. However, selling pressure could increase as it approaches the MA(200) resistance zone around 1,265 points. The market is expected to fluctuate significantly within the 1,225 – 1,260 point range as it tests supply and demand to establish a new balance.

U.S. Market:
On April 14, 2025, U.S. stocks posted strong gains thanks to positive signals from trade policy. President Donald Trump announced a temporary exemption of tariffs on electronic products such as smartphones, computers, and semiconductors, boosting investor sentiment.
The Dow Jones rose 0.78% to 40,524.79 points, the S&P 500 climbed 0.79% to 5,405.97 points, and the Nasdaq Composite advanced 0.64% to 16,831.48 points. Technology and automotive stocks led the rally, while declining U.S. Treasury yields contributed to market stability.

2. Forex:

• EUR/USD has formed a short-term top. A corrective pullback is expected today before the main uptrend resumes.

• USD/JPY has formed a short-term bottom. Buying opportunities may arise today.

3. Gold:

• XAU/USD has established a short-term top and is experiencing sharp fluctuations around the 3,200–3,240 zone.

4. Oil:

• XTI/USD is forming a flag compression pattern. Trades should be considered upon breakout, with the main trend remaining bullish.

5. Crypto:

BTC is trading around 84,980 USD, up slightly by 0.71% compared to the previous session. The price is fluctuating within the range of 84,031 USD to 85,675 USD.
