1. Stock Market
Vietnam Market:
The VN-Index staged a mild rebound with a Hammer candlestick pattern as it retreated to the low of August 25, 2025; trading volume declined, indicating selling pressure has temporarily eased. Support signals are visible around 1,610 points, though low liquidity may limit the rebound momentum. The market is likely to continue recovering, but supply pressure at the MA(20) – the 1,650 zone – may increase again, creating resistance.
US Market:
The S&P 500 rose 0.3% to 6,512.61, the Dow Jones gained 0.4% to 45,711.34, and the Nasdaq advanced 0.4% to 21,879.49 – all setting new highs. Growing expectations that the Fed will cut interest rates are fueling the rally. Meanwhile, the Russell 2000—representing small-cap stocks—slipped 0.5%, showing capital concentration in large-cap equities.

Since the start of 2025, gold has surged over 38%, extending the 27% gain in 2024, supported by global economic uncertainties and persistent buying from ETFs and central banks.
