Vietnam Market:
The market continues its upward trend but is facing resistance around the 1,500-point level. Increased liquidity indicates ongoing profit-taking activities, though not putting major pressure on the market yet. The 1,500 level remains a strong resistance, potentially leading to short-term corrections. However, capital inflows remain positive, supporting a possible recovery and another attempt to break through the 1,500 zone in the near future.
US Market:
After a strong rally, US markets showed restraint. The S&P 500 slightly dipped to 6,296.79 (-0.01%), the Dow Jones fell 142.30 points (-0.32%) to 44,342.19, while the Nasdaq gently hit a new high at 20,895.66 (+0.05%). Despite a calm final session of the week, all three indices ended solidly—S&P up +0.6%, Nasdaq +1.5%, Dow flat—marking three winning weeks out of the last four.
